Bear Percussion at the present time manufactures three styles of drumheads. Studio, Concert and Stadium.
1. Studio: As the name suggests, this Batter is made for just that environment. This head will give you that rich dark tone that is so desirable in a recording studio. For years, many of you had to tape something (wallet) to the playing surface of the head to diminish the unwanted overtones. Now Bear has accomplished that for you. The Studio head is also invaluable in a small club. The volume and critical mass penetration is still there. If you need to mic your set in a smaller setting, the Studio is the answer. The Studio Batter can also be used in a larger setting as well.

2. Concert: This Batter is for those of you that need the extra volume and brightness with medium overtones. This Batter is designed for use in a Concert setting. From jazz to heavy metal, the Concert Batter is the head of choice.

3. Stadium: The Stadium is the brightest of our line, it has all the obnoxious overtones of Mylar. This Batter will give you exactly the sound you have been looking for, but could not find. Good news: you no longer have to settle for what's available. Whether it's the Studio, Concert, or Stadium head, you are guaranteed to finish your set.

All Stadium and Concert heads will be available in white and black. Studio heads will only be available in natural color.

Our full line consists of all the standard sizes: 6" through 18" for Tom Tom's, 10", 12", 13", 14", Snare Drum Batters, and 20" through 24" Bass Drumheads.

All Bass Drum Heads will be offered in Studio, Concert, and Stadium style.

Stadium and Concert Bass Drum Batters will be available in white or black, Studio Batters will be available in Natural only.

Bear has created the strongest best sounding drumheads on the market today. We now offer to you, the discerning drummer, our full line of drumheads. You may rest assured that they are the best products that money can buy. Bear will always stand behind our products. Unconditionally.

Bear has gone that extra mile as well as the extra expense to create something other than the standard Mylar product. Remember, it doesn't matter how many ways you bend it, crimp it, coat it, color it, oil it, grease it, put 2 plys together, or twist it into a metal hoop, it's still the same old thing, Mylar!
